The businesses we support

UK small businesses who’ve outgrown DIY IT and want a partner who gets the business, not just the servers.

Our clients are UK small and medium-sized businesses – often professional services, property, trade and consultancy firms. Many are based in London and the South East, some long-established, some just getting going. What they have in common is growth, no dedicated IT lead, and a need for a partner who understands the business as well as the servers.

You’ll recognise yourself here

Growing team, outgrown DIY

Your IT setup was fine at 10 people. At 40 it's starting to creak, and at 80 you know something has to change.

No dedicated IT lead

Someone "handles the laptops" but it's not their job, and it's stopping them doing the job they were actually hired for.

Hybrid or distributed

Your team moves between office, home and client sites, and your IT has to move with them without falling over.

Compliance on your radar

Insurers, clients or regulators are starting to ask questions your current setup can't answer confidently.

Tools sprawl

You've bought a lot of SaaS over the years, and no one's quite sure what's being used, who has access, or what you're paying for.

Growth plans

You're planning new offices, acquisitions or a bigger team, and you want the IT foundation to scale with you instead of against you.

Sectors we work in

Estate agents, property consultants and lettings firms rely on us for the systems that keep viewings, portals and paperwork moving. We understand the mix of cloud tools, integrations with property portals, and mobile-first working that modern property businesses depend on.

Our property clients range from boutique consultancies to multi-branch agencies, with us looking after day-to-day support, secure client data handling, and the infrastructure that keeps staff moving between sites without friction.

What our clients have in common

Growth mindset

Our clients are building something and need IT to support that, not slow it down. They invest in the right tools and expect the same from us.

People-first

They care how their team experiences IT. Friendly support, quick fixes, and a partner their people actually want to pick up the phone to.

Long-term view

They're not looking for the cheapest quote, they're looking for the right partner for the next five years. We operate the same way.

Open to change

They're willing to review and improve how they work. We come in with a plan, not just a ticket queue.

Common questions

  • No. The sectors above are where we have the most experience, but our approach works for any small business with a small-but-growing team. If you’re unsure, have a chat with us – we’ll be straight about whether we’re the right fit.

  • We typically work with businesses from around 10 people upwards. Below that, a flat-rate support plan often isn’t the most cost-effective option, and we’ll usually suggest alternatives.

  • We support businesses up to around 200 staff. Beyond that, needs tend to shift toward full in-house IT departments and specialist enterprise providers – though we’re happy to advise on the transition.

  • Our core clients are UK-based, but we support UK businesses with international teams (Europe, North America, occasional APAC) every day. If your HQ is in the UK, we can almost always help.

  • Break-fix is the old model: you only call IT when something’s broken, and you pay per incident. Modern managed IT is proactive – we monitor, patch, update and review continuously, and the monthly fee covers all of it. It’s cheaper long-term and massively less disruptive.
