Bad connectivity is the fastest way to make a good team look slow. Patchy Wi-fi, VoIP nobody can administer, meeting rooms that only half work – the frustration compounds every day. Our connectivity and communications service covers the whole stack as one managed service, so the kit just works and your team can get on with the job.

What is connectivity and communications?

Connectivity and communications keep your business online and in touch. Internet, Wi‑Fi, phones and cloud tools all rely on the same network, so they need to be planned as one.

Why do you need it?

Connectivity isn’t a one-off install – it’s a service that needs owning. Circuits fail, access points go stale, VoIP users move around, meeting rooms gather dust. Without an owner, things quietly degrade until someone complains loudly enough to force action.

We run the whole stack as one service – internet, LAN and Wi-fi, VoIP and mobile, meeting room kit – so there’s a single team responsible for keeping your people connected.

For owners, it means one bill, one monitoring dashboard and one number to call when connectivity is the issue – no more three-way calls between the ISP, the phone provider and the office landlord.

What are the benefits?

Reliable by design

Dual circuits where it matters, Wi-fi that survives a full room, and failover that kicks in before anyone notices.

One provider, one bill

Circuits, phones, mobile and meeting rooms under a single contract and a single support team.

VoIP that's properly run

Users added or moved the same day, not next quarter. Call analytics and recording included where needed.

Rooms that just work

Consistent meeting-room experience across sites, with remote monitoring so issues are flagged before the meeting starts.

Always-on monitoring

Monitoring 24/7 across circuits and devices – we see outages before you do and have supplier escalation paths ready.

Ready for growth

New offices and hires added to a documented runbook instead of starting from scratch every time.

What does connectivity and communications include?

Business-grade internet circuits (FTTP, leased line, 5G backup, Starlink for rural sites) paired with properly configured routers, firewalls, switches and Wi-fi. Designed for hybrid work and ongoing support, not a one-off install.

What we do to help

We design the solution around your sites and team, source the hardware and circuits through our partners, install and commission – then move straight into managed service with continuous monitoring and a named engineer owning the relationship.

If you’re opening a new site or hiring overseas, we handle it end-to-end – circuits, Wi-fi, phones, meeting rooms, device delivery – coordinated with your landlord, fit-out contractor and HR timeline.

Monthly reporting tells you what’s been flagged and fixed, and how connectivity is performing site by site – so you’ve always got a clear view of how things are running.

Common questions

  • Yes. We run the IT side end-to-end: circuits, Wi-fi, phones, meeting rooms and device delivery, coordinated with your landlord and fit-out contractor.

  • Dual-circuit sites fail over automatically. Single-circuit sites get proactive notification from our monitoring, and we work the supplier escalation on your behalf.

  • No. We source from several carriers based on fit – BT, Virgin Business, Gamma, TalkTalk Business and others. The right circuit depends on the postcode and the use case.

  • Yes. Business mobile plans, SIM provisioning, MDM and expense reporting, usually on the same monthly invoice as the rest of the service.

  • It means helping your business get the right internet, Wi‑Fi and communication tools in place, then supporting them so staff can stay connected, make and receive calls, and access cloud systems reliably from the office and beyond.

  • Many modern phone systems run over internet connections (VoIP), so call quality, flexibility and reliability depend heavily on the quality and design of the underlying network. If the connection is weak or congested, communication quality usually suffers too.

  • Yes. Primary and backup connectivity, better routing, hosted communications and, where appropriate, separate incident‑response channels can all help reduce the impact of outages and keep communication running when something goes wrong.
