  • The core security work is the same. We’ve added explicit AI governance – policies, tooling and training – because almost every incident we see now has an AI angle, whether that’s AI-assisted phishing or staff pasting data into free AI tools.

  • Yes. We handle the full assessment, remediation and submission process as part of the service. Cyber Essentials Plus is included where needed.

  • They’ll notice fewer spam emails and the occasional prompt to verify a login. The heavy lifting is invisible – that’s the point.

  • Security and general IT support are different disciplines. We often work alongside an existing provider, or take over both if that’s easier.
