We upgraded all of their computer systems and software, migrated their users and corporate data to Microsoft 365, implemented security controls around their data and set up a backup schedule.
In real terms, we created an IT environment that allowed Steve to arrive at work at a normal time each day, giving him more time for the important things. He was also able to downsize his team thanks to more efficient IT systems.
