Our key product offering is Microsoft 365.

Included in this package is Desktop, Mobile and Web versions of the key Microsoft applications which can be licensed to install on any device. More than just Word, Outlook and Excel, this also includes collaborative tools, such as SharePoint and Teams. File storage options are available; OneDrive for each user and SharePoint for business-wide data storage in The Cloud.

Applications can be opened virtually anywhere, allowing for ultimate flexibility and mobile working. Whether at home, at the office, or anywhere else – you can work at your own convenience and benefit from new ways to collaborate and increase productivity.

Bespoke Setup of Your Entire IT System

From initial consultation right through to set up, implementation and staff training – we’ll deliver complete, end-to-end management of your business specific IT solution. Our dedicated onboarding team complete an audit of your IT, take backups, build your online IT infrastructure and then migrate all of your business data into Microsoft 365.

Throughout this process you can have peace of mind that your data is safe and downtime is kept to a minimum. Regardless of service level, we have a warranty period to iron out any niggles free of charge. Our team are here to make sure there is as little disruption to your business as possible.

24/7 Helpdesk Support

Whenever you need any ‘Outside Help’ we are there in the background monitoring your IT and in most cases, fixing issues before you even notice. If you do need to get in touch, this can be either through your computer or by phone to our ticketed service desk. You will receive regular updates through the ticket system, so you are aware of what is being done to fix your issue. We also offer onsite support and critical support out of core business hours.
