With over two decades of experience, predominantly in financial services in the City of London, Russel is a seasoned Technical Architect with a focus on Digital Workplace, End-User Computing, Microsoft 365, Mobility, and Security.

His expertise has been instrumental in leading technology projects and crafting strategies for major multinational firms such as Barclays, ABN Amro, Daiwa Capital Markets, Rabobank, London Stock Exchange, London Metal Exchange, and PwC.

Russel is an old school IT enthusiast who thrives on exploring new technologies.

Outside work, he enjoys gardening, daydreaming about travel, running, and watching Formula 1, balancing his tech passions with outdoor activities and family time.

Lisa Munday

Office Manager

Lisa began her professional journey in the City at Lloyds of London, later venturing into the Foreign Exchange sphere. Renowned for her high level of organisation and practicality, Lisa excels as an Office Manager at Outside Help, providing invaluable support to the team.

Fun Facts:

Lisa tied the knot with Adam in 1992 and is the proud mother of two daughters.

She relishes a glass of Provence Rosé or Gavi di Gavi while enjoying cuddles with her new Shih Tzu puppy, Luther (Vandross), carrying on the legacy of her beloved 15-year-old Shih Tzu, Mutley.

Apprentice Desktop Support Technician

Dom embarked on his quest for a technology career straight after school. At Outside Help, he’s nearly completed a Level 3 digital communication technician Government programme, laying the foundation for a promising career in desktop/cloud technology.

In his role, Dom will visit clients, offer technical support, and IT services, pinpointing and diagnosing issues and applying security policies to desktop environments.

Fun Facts:

A sports enthusiast, Dom enjoys football, cricket, and a variety of other sports.

His passion extends to gaming, where his curiosity about the technology that powers gaming has been a long-standing interest.

Nisha Arthey

Client Manager

Nisha brings over two decades of experience to her role as a Senior Project Manager. Known for her well-structured and friendly approach, she has led teams to success in technology projects for global entities such as Merrill Lynch, Blackrock, ABN Amro, Trading Screen, Metropolitan Police, and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Fun Facts:

As a highly organised mother of two daughters, Nisha is a firm believer in the power of lists for getting things done.

Her cardamom and rose cake recipe has earned accolades and was published, showcasing her culinary talent. Additionally, her active participation in the British Sugarcraft Guild reflects her eagerness to enhance her baking skills continuously.
